Determine the needs and provide for the development of children birth through three, will act as a role model for staff and work to create a safe environment for children. This staff member will assist the Teacher in implementing and maintaining all components regarding children’s birth through three, based on EHS, State Pre-K, Child Care and state and local requirements.

Provide a high-quality learning environment and instruction that meets the needs of children with diverse needs. Help identify and monitor IEPs that ensure students with diverse needs are provided with a high-quality education.

Provide optimal support and services for families and children in the Early Childhood Development Services (ECDS) programs. 

Contribute to and participate in a comprehensive program of educational, social and recreational activities for school aged children to promote their social, intellectual, emotional and physical growth in a group setting.
