Christopher House seeks a strategic, systems-oriented Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) to architect the next generation of its human capital strategy and talent capabilities required to ensure long term sustainability, regulatory excellence, and workforce stability—positioning Christopher House for continued growth and impact.

Janitor – Part Time

Christopher House seeks a part-time janitor who will be responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming facility by performing daily janitorial and custodial tasks, including floor care, cleaning common areas, and managing trash disposal. This role also involves safely operating equipment and occasionally assisting with deliveries as needed.

Early Childhood Paraprofessional

Christopher House is looking for an Early Childhood Paraprofessional who will work to provide classroom activities and daily routine supports for children in our Early Childhood programs with special needs.

Elementary School Paraprofessional

Christopher House is looking for an Elementary School Paraprofessional who will work to provide supports for the education and development of students with special needs.

Database Administrator

Christopher House is looking for a Database Administrator who will maximize investments in software systems used to track data and demographics that directly support the educational experience of students and families at Chrisopher House and for the Chicago Benchmarking Collaborative. 

Diverse Learners Teacher

Christopher House is looking for a Diverse Learners teacher join our Elementary School team in the SPED Department.  Candidate must possess a valid LBS1 or SPED Endorsement in Illinois.

Lead Teacher (Birth-2)

Christopher House is looking for a lead teacher to work with some of our youngest scholars aged 6 weeks to 2 years old.  Candidate must possess a bachelor’s degree in early childhood or child development.

Family Advocate

Christopher House is looking for a family advocate to join its Uptown team.  The Family Advocate is a member of the Family Support Services department who will partner with families through a collaborative family engagement framework and strengths-based practice. Through this shared responsibility, staff, families and children build positive and goal- oriented relationships. Must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work and Gateways Level 5 Family Support Credential.

Assistant Teacher 0-3
